''Danses concertantes'' is a one-act ballet created by Kenneth MacMillan in 1955 for the Sadler's Wells Theatre Ballet (later The Royal Ballet), London. The music is Igor Stravinsky's ''Danses concertantes'' for chamber orchestra (1941–42). MacMillan's was the second ballet of the same title to Stravinsky's score. The first was created in 1944 by George Balanchine for a New York production by the Ballet Russe de Monte Carlo. A third ballet production was created in 1959 for the San Francisco Ballet, with choreography by Lew Christensen and designs by Tony Duquette. The first performance of MacMillan's choreography was at Sadler's Wells Theatre, London on 18 January 1955.〔("Solitaire (1956)" ), Royal Opera House Collections Online, retrieved 8 October 2014〕 ==Original cast== Sadler's Wells, 18 January 1955: * Maryon Lane * Donald Britton * David Poole * Sara Neil * Gilbert Vernon * Annette Page * Donald MacLeary * Bryan Lawrence 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Danses concertantes」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
